Adrian Guerra, founder of KOA Pet Portraits, grew up in Boston, Massachusetts and earned her Bachelors of Fine Arts from The Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University.

Her artistic achievements include receiving the Grace N. Aznive Visual Arts Scholarship and the NFAA Award for Artistic Talent. Her work has been exhibited in multiple galleries throughout Boston and highlighted in the Boston Globe.

Her love of animals is just as strong as her love of visual art. Named after her three beloved cats - Kiri, Onyx and Ali - as inspiration, KOA Pet Portraits was created to honor them and the countless other pets who bring joy into our lives. It has been her prized work for many years to capture the spirit of pets everywhere through her lively paintings, turning memories into timeless art. Each piece tells a story of connection and personality.

"I began painting pet portraits over a decade ago, inspired by the unconditional love animals bring into our lives."
